Aleksandra Peszek

Aleksandra has accumulated over 20 years of distinguished experience in the field of Human
Resources, with a particular emphasis on learning, development, recruitment, and consulting.
Currently, she serves as the Talent Impact Lead for Central and Eastern Europe and the Nordics at
Bayer, where she focuses on strategic organizational development, as well as fostering a culture topics
and leadership development.

Her prior experience includes roles as HR Manager, HR Business Partner, and HR Expert within global
organizations in Poland and the United States, where she navigated diverse corporate cultures
originating from American, Swiss, Indian, and German backgrounds.

Aleksandra holds a degree in International Business from universities in Poland and Belgium,
complemented by formal HR education in the United States. She is deeply passionate about people
development, embracing her roles as a coach, mentor, and trainer. Her expertise encompasses talent
development, creation of development programs for high-potential individuals, career path
consulting, workshop facilitation, and implementation of initiatives focused on efficiency of selforganized
teams, well-being and mental health.

In her leisure time, Aleksandra enjoys singing in an amateur choir and experimenting with the piano.
