Magdalena Kulesz is Senior Consultant and an experienced HR practicing leader of an ~100 employees organization. She not only consults but also acts as a leader for leaders and works on daily leadership challenges with her team (eg. Talent development, D&I, change management, innovation/empowerment, performance management).
She gained experience working in HR area in a corporate environment (Adecco, GE Money Bank, Bayer Global Business Services) since 18 years heading diverse roles – from HR Generalist through HR Manager, Regional Talent Management Expert, Global HR Business Partner and Head of HR Operations in Global Business Services, having crosscountry experience in her portfolio (working with diverse cultural backgrounds). She led international, diverse teams.
She has also taken team through massive changes related to implementation of innovative ways of working, building engagement in the same time. She has been awarded for her flexibility and integrity capabilities twice in her HR career. She has been recognized as one of top 3 HR potentials globally (among the group of couple of thousands HR people) for her program related to building inclusive environment for mothers in the workplace.
As an Assessor and HR Consultant she has broad experience in working with competency models on different organizational layers. She was also designing programs for target groups of employees‘ development in the organization where development centers were crucial part of potential diagnosis (DC/AC, selection, potential assessment). She acts as a Trainer for diverse training programs and workshops related to leadership, D&I, Innovation/Empowerment and mental health topics.
She is Hogan certified consultant, coach and mentor with main focus on topics related to leadership, talent development, team engagement, networking, work-life balance, diversity & inclusion.
